Invest In Her 2015 Pitch Competition
In January of 2015, Coro Pittsburgh convened its 18th cohort of Women in Leadership (WIL XVIII). In the year-long leadership development program, the WIL XVIII cohort set out to develop a catalytic project that would improve the status of women in Southwestern Pennsylvania (SWPA).
After ongoing dialogue, research and engaging subject matter experts on a range of issues concerning the status of women in SWPA the WIL XVIII cohort decided to focus our efforts on female entrepreneurship. Ultimately inspired by a conversation with a group of prominent women entrepreneurs who expressed several challenges business success, the WIL XVIII cohort will be hosting Pittsburgh first all female pitch competition - Invest in Her Pittsburgh.
